Prepare a useful issue report

Include the page address, device type, browser, approximate time and the exact error message. Explain what you expected and what actually happened. Do not include passwords, one-time codes or complete payment information.

Is the issue local to my browser?

Try reloading the page and check whether other pages load. If you test another browser, keep the same intended address. Do not repeatedly submit an account or payment action just to see whether the screen changes.

Where should an account question go?

Account-specific decisions belong with the service that holds the account. A public social group may not be an account recovery channel. Check the destination’s contact details before sending personal information.

Make one change at a time

Start with the simplest check that matches the problem. Record whether reloading, changing browser or reconnecting affects the page. Changing several settings at once can make it difficult to identify the cause. Do not repeat a financial or account submission as a connection test.

Public social links can lead to community or reference pages. They do not establish that the recipient has authority over your account. For a recovery or transaction question, verify the support destination using the account service’s own information.
